What you'll bring to the team

The Finance Analyst – TSA & Controls supports the Finance Business Partner in managing TSA-related finance activities, financial controls, reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany processes across the Hong Kong business. The role has a stronger focus on reporting, control, tracking, and coordination than routine transactional finance processing. You should handle AP function, AR billing and month end closing, prepare balance sheet reconciliation.

 

•    Support TSA-related financial tracking, reporting, and issue resolution 
•    Prepare monthly control reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis 
•    Maintain capex tracking, fixed asset reporting, and control schedules 
•    Coordinate intercompany balances, recharge schedules, and related reconciliations 
•    Support audit requests and ensure documentation is maintained for compliance purposes 
•    Monitor finance process compliance and identify risks, gaps, or overdue actions 
•    Prepare reporting packs and supporting analysis for the Finance Business Partner 
•    Work with operational and finance stakeholders to improve finance processes and reporting discipline 
•    Support special projects and finance process improvement initiatives
•    Handle AR and billing
•    Handle payments, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and support for month-end closing

Qualifications & Experience

•    Higher Diploma holder or above in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
•    Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports.
•    Experience of working within a similar role, preferable in Retail industry but not a must.

•    Be a good team player, communicator and influencer.
•    Passionate and self-driven individual.
•    A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
•    Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environment.
•    Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multi-task sand hit the ground running within a hand on role.
•    You thrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver change.
