Bring joy, create connections, and make memories at Hong Kong’s home of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. We are seeking an operations-focused Attraction Manager to lead LDCHK end-to-end, deliver standout guest experiences, and drive performance with full P&L accountability.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day operations across rides, technical/maintenance, guest experience, retail, and F&B (pre-heated café).
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a 50+ multi-disciplinary team; direct line to Technical, Guest Experience, and Retail Managers.
  • Champion guest obsession and brand standards; lift NPS and deliver product excellence.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership: safety, compliance, preventative maintenance, rapid fault resolution.
  • Deliver commercial results: admissions and in-attraction RPCs (retail, photo, F&B), upsells, and non-per-capita revenue.
  • Track weekly/monthly performance; manage costs; avoid unapproved opex/capex overspends.
  • Partner with Global Function - Marketing on visitation and brand awareness; represent LDCHK with internal teams and external partners/landlords.
  • Drive a strong HSS culture; achieve green audit status and rigorous compliance across all processes.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, training, and succession.
  • Build annual plans, budgets, and capex; ensure audit readiness (H&S, ops/finance, F&B, brand health, HR).

  • Hong Kong-based role. Initially hired by Merlin Entertainments with planned transfer to the LEGO Group upon completion of the global LDCs sale.

Qualifications & Experience

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years in operations management; attraction/venue experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Proven P&L leadership across multi-function attractions (rides, technical, guest experience, retail, F&B).
  • Track record managing large teams (50+); hiring, performance, training, and succession.
  • People-first leader who coaches and develops others; fosters inclusion and engagement.
  • Deep HSS expertise: risk assessment, incident reporting, audit readiness.
  • Strong technical oversight and regulatory compliance; minimizes downtime, maximizes guest satisfaction.
  • Commercial acumen: deliver revenue, admissions, RPC, and cost targets with tight performance control.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager and credible brand ambassador with Global Functions (e.g. internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, IT teams) and external partners.
  • Disciplined in business planning, budgeting, and process excellence.
